Air Displays are manufactured from 300mm x 300mm moulded black or colored back-plates in a weather- and impact-proof synthetic material. Each back-plate houses one hundred weatherproof pins onto which the discs are snapped to build up the display. The backplates are easily cut down to smaller sizes to fit precisely the available area and are all pre-drilled to facilitate simple direct mounting onto shop fascias, brickwork or separate plywood or foamed backing panels.

The discs are colorfast and dust-repellant and available in over one dozen colors suitable for outside use. Special effects and designs can be simply achieved by screen printing onto the discs before they are assembled or by applying separate cut-outs, mounted over the top of the discs to provide a moving background only. Where special site requirements apply, we can supply the discs in a non-flammable form, all in a range of matt and reflective finishes.

Although the raw components can be supplied in a kit form for you to assemble, we are able to produce the finished article ready for you or us to install on site. Simply send us a copy of the proposed design and we can ask the computer to come up with a pattern from which the design can be produced in its entirety.
